ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage cashier coverage and cashier training for Team Members. Ensure Live Good cleanliness and policy compliance are maintained. Order merchandise as directed by the Store Team Leader. Complete and provide input regarding Team Member performance reviews, as necessary. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Store Team Leader. Maintain a customer service-oriented operation. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. High School Diploma or GED equivalent, plus 2-year technical/associates degree or certification accompanied with no less than 1 year of work experience in a lead, project manager, or supervisory role.

A bachelor’s degree in science, production management, business management, and/or engineering, with relevant work experience within a fast-paced heavy materials, system-controlled machine and process driven work environment is preferred. 2. A high level of self-motivation, the ability to coach others, and the agility and influence to effectively maintain the needed level of motivation within the team to achieve, if not exceed, performance expectations.
3.
