Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability. De-burr and clean parts to meet specifications. Maintain cleanliness and optimal
functioning of equipment, tooling, and parts to ensure efficient production. Adhere to safety regulations and work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries. Qualifications: Proficiency in M and G codes for editing, setting up, and operating Citizen or other CNC equipment.
Familiarity with production CNC operations. Ability to interpret engineering prints and work instructions. Accurate measurement skills for Quality Control purposes. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with great attention to detail. Advanced Manufacturing/ Precision Machining degrees/certificates or equivalent experience.
