The position is self-directed and collaborative. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure our customers get the best products possible. Verify and receive all incoming inventory. Stock inventory and manage inventory accuracy in the Production Shop System. Print Job Travelers. Pull and verify the correct material for each job. Route received materials to the correct
department, work order, or service order. Ship finished products to customers. Ship inventory as needed to support orders. Ensure the quality of each shipment. Work independently or with a team.
Utilize safe, quality practices. Maintain inventory and production stock areas cleanliness and organization Initiate process improvement to reduce material handling, improve material quality, grow inventory accuracy, and reduce material cost. Reduce production downtime related to inventory. Cross-train and learn other functions as needed.
