Position Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations and activities
of the Production Staff. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, which includes conducting safety trainings, while coordinating and scheduling production activities to meet strict deadlines.
This position drives continuous improvement through the plant operation and leads the workforce as necessary to maintain a high level of morale. Primary Work Location: Romulus, Michigan and periodically to the Novi, Michigan offices.
