A day in the life: Overall responsibility for the firms' job boards Assist and maintain user set up of new hires and manage licenses for applicable job boards Assist with budgeting and
daily maintenance of job boards Stay up to date on new features and functionality of job boards and facilitate firm training for users Identify user trends and opportunities via reporting analytics, and provide data to leadership team to aid in decision-making Review and manage all vendor contracts Collaborate with leaders from various lines of business regarding contract renewal and negotiation Assist with all third-party job board integrations into Tandym's applicant tracking system Assist with ad-hoc job board requests as needed About you: Minimum of 1-3 years' related business operations experience Demonstrated experience working, and managing relationships, with third-party vendors Prior
experience working with job board resources like Monster, Linked In, Indeed, etc.

stakeholders (Executives, Technical and non-technical teams) to gather functional requirements to translate into technical specifications. Translate verbal and written functional requirements into documentation for the appropriate audiences within set deadlines.
Documenting processes for existing products/platforms Establish a documentation methodology and suggest improvements based on team feedback.
