A day in the life: Create and maintain technical documentation related to all aspects of applications, operations, system testing, and end user documentation. Work directly with internal
stakeholders (Executives, Technical and non-technical teams) to gather functional requirements to translate into technical specifications. Translate verbal and written functional requirements into documentation for the appropriate audiences within set deadlines.
Documenting processes for existing products/platforms Establish a documentation methodology and suggest improvements based on team feedback. Establish a coherent and professional-looking documentation style. About you: 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis with expertise in documentation Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. Demonstrated,
hands-on experience with Microsoft Visio Experience working with the development and distribution of technology products.
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and related processes Strong organizational skills. Self-Motivated / Ability to Dig in and analyze existing code. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Past Staffing and Recruiting industry experience highly preferred. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn, Job Diva, etc. ) nice to have. Skills: Ability to work in an agile environment, with various challenges, and the ability to adapt.
