A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A THIRD-SHIFT PRODUCTION WORKER As a Production Worker, you are integral to the manufacturing of the quality products that we are known for. You process parts for the next department, inspect the quality of the parts, and communicate about process improvements. With attention to detail, you program and load machinery per the production documentation, verifying that everything is correct and up to quality standards before passing it on to the next process. Always
attentive to safety, you eliminate any unsafe conditions or practices that you have authority over.
