Landscape and irrigation systems Knowledge of compressors and motors All work associated with bus shelter assembly, rehabilitation and installation All work associated with bus stop sign maintenance Facility maintenance equipment operation, service and repair Snow removal Other duties and responsibilities as assigned POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

Experience: Two or more years of related experience in general shop and/or building maintenance is preferred with experience of compressors and motors. Computer Skills: Computer skills with the ability to learn new programs as required. Certificates & Licenses: All positions require valid Michigan Driver ' s License; (CDL) with endorsements optional.
