We are looking for a dependable person that can work well in our sanitation team setting as well as on their own to tear down equipment, clean and sanitize, and put it all back together to keep us up and running in a food safe and good manufacturing practices manner. Day Shift: 6:50 a. m. 7:00 p. m. in a 4-days on, 4-days off rotating cycle. (4 day vacation every
week! ) Night Shift: 6:50 p. m. 7:00 a. m. in a 4-days on, 4-days off rotating cycle. (4 day vacation every week! ) Salary and Benefits: We offer good pay, great benefits, and cool incentives Starting Pay: $15 - $17 per hour (+ $1/hour night shift premium) Health, Dental, Vision insurances and Flexible Spending Accounts available after 60 days of employment 401K w/company matching available after 6 months Two weeks paid-time-off accrual starts at hire date and can be used after 60 days of employment Voluntary overtime is available Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions for sanitation: Perform cleaning and sanitation of all production equipment per cleaning work instructions between runs.
Conduct testing of sanitizer solution to ensure proper PPM. Document tasks completed on the Master Cleaning schedule and/or daily paperwork.
Documentation of all chemicals taken from chemical cage and daily sanitation logs completed accurately, clearly and legibly. Perform sweeping and mopping in all production areas. Hose down floors and equipment. Handle and apply cleaning and sanitizing chemicals safely ensuring that PPE & GMP guidelines are followed at all times. Inspect sanitation equipment for inoperative equipment /ensure chemical cage is clean and organized. Document in log book daily and notify Team Leader of any damage to equipment or mechanical problems on portable foam unit or sanitizing unit.
Operate floor cleaning units. May clean other areas and perform other tasks as required by Team Leader. Operate forklift and scissor lift Ensure prompt start time at the beginning of shift and after breaks. Adhere to applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance. Minimum Position Requirements: Must be able to do all essential job functions including physical requirements and follow written safety procedures. Clear communication (oral and written) skills. Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required if possessing appropriate skills.
Perform varying tasks while standing, lifting, crouching, etc, during long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Job requires being on your feet for most of the shift. Perform daily lab tests ensuring accuracy and timeliness, working with the Quality Department and team concerning any discrepancies. Testing to include p H, sugar brix, allergen, ATP, water activity, and moisture testing on in-process and finished product.
Monitor all quality attributes of raw materials as established; including fruits, liquid sugar, syrup, and packaging materials. Perform visual and analytical inspections of equipment prior to process starts and conduct as required during processing activities. Follow all Food Safety, Plant Security and GMP policies. Conduct all inspections as required per a variety of quality and company programs. Perform various duties within the Quality Department upon request. SUMMARY Responsible for installing, converting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing gaming machines and systems. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gaming machines and other related equipment. Perform installations, conversions,
and removals of gaming and other non-gaming related equipment. Performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure all gaming machines and their related equipment are performing up to expectations.
Maintain an inventory of replacement parts to include troubleshooting and repairing faulty parts/equipment. Responds to all floor calls in an expeditious manner and assist in resolving guest issues when needed. Safely and effectively operates shop equipment including hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic test equipment. Ensures the accuracy and completion of required documentation as it relates to the position. Ensures compliance of all Federal and Grand Traverse Band Tribal regulations.
Training new Slot Attendants and Slot Repair Technicians.
Assists in conducting slot machine performance and statistical analysis and recommends slot floor changes. Assists with floor duties such as disputes, ticket investigations and verifying when needed. Performs duties as Slot Attendant when required. Willingness to cross-train and provide support in related areas of operations. Performs additional duties within the scope of work. OTHER NECESSARY SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must have excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Must be able to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner by prioritizing obligations and time. Must possess the ability to work with various personalities while maintaining impartiality. Must respond to supervisory guidance and assignments and accept constructive criticisms in order to learn new, updated information. May also be required to reach, bend, stretch, kneel, crawl, lift and carry on occasion.
