How You Will Spend Your Days as an Assembler: Assembling precut light gauge metal trusses Moving precut parts to work areas and positioning parts in alignment with supervisors'
instructions and engineered design specifications Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly Utilize hammers, saws, cordless drill/screw guns to assemble truss components Job Knowledge: Knowledge of light gauge materials, production processes, machines, hardware, and assembly tools.
We are willing to train the right candidates! But it's also great if you have construction or manufacturing experience. Ability to work at a moderate pace while maintaining quality and safety standards. Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
