manufacturing role, you operate the machines that produce our surgical instruments.
We teach you all of the skills you need to be successful in your role and advance in our company, including precision measuring, problem-solving, and reading blueprints. You operate computer numerical control (CNC) lathe and Gun Drill machines within specified tolerances to ensure that completed parts conform to print and process specifications. You maintain these specifications by observing the manufacturing processes, taking accurate measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, and adhering to quality assurance procedures. Using a range of measuring equipment, you ensure product quality by carefully inspecting finished parts.
To maintain continuity across work shifts, you thoroughly document and communicate actions you take, irregularities you encounter, and any continuing needs. Conduct testing of sanitizer solution to ensure proper PPM. Document tasks completed on the Master Cleaning schedule and/or daily paperwork.
Documentation of all chemicals taken from chemical cage and daily sanitation logs completed accurately, clearly and legibly. Perform sweeping and mopping in all production areas. Hose down floors and equipment. Handle and apply cleaning and sanitizing chemicals safely ensuring that PPE & GMP guidelines are followed at all times. Inspect sanitation equipment for inoperative equipment /ensure chemical cage is clean and organized. Document in log book daily and notify Team Leader of any damage to equipment or mechanical problems on portable foam unit or sanitizing unit.
Operate floor cleaning units. May clean other areas and perform other tasks as required by Team Leader. Operate forklift and scissor lift Ensure prompt start time at the beginning of shift and after breaks. Adhere to applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance. Minimum Position Requirements: Must be able to do all essential job functions including physical requirements and follow written safety procedures. Clear communication (oral and written) skills. Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required if possessing appropriate skills.
Perform varying tasks while standing, lifting, crouching, etc, during long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Job requires being on your feet for most of the shift. SUMMARY Responsible for installing, converting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing gaming machines and systems. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gaming machines and other related equipment. Perform installations, conversions,
and removals of gaming and other non-gaming related equipment. Performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure all gaming machines and their related equipment are performing up to expectations.
Maintain an inventory of replacement parts to include troubleshooting and repairing faulty parts/equipment. Assists in conducting slot machine performance and statistical analysis and recommends slot floor changes. Assists with floor duties such as disputes, ticket investigations and verifying when needed.
