The Brand Manager is responsible for the development and execution of brand plans, programs, and go-to-market activities to achieve the brand’s short and long term business objectives. Responsible for leading the brand team in developing strategic priorities, IMC briefs, backssing critical issues, and recommending strategic and tactical solutions. Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market trends, digital and promotional initiatives, and competitive activity. Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging to the veterinary profession/consumer, and consistent consideration of retail environment specific needs/tactics.

What you will do: Brand Strategy Brand and key segment product portfolio management Identify issues / opportunities, analysis and propose action plans to achieve the objectives of the brand Lead long-term downstream new product innovation and annual new product launch strategies Participate in strategic brand planning and overall brand communications plans Gain Senior Mgt alignment to brand strategies and go-to-market plans Managing large cross-functional teams to lead commercialization efforts Go-to-Market & IMC Communications Lead brand team in new product launches, re-launches, and updates Lead the creative development of brand marketing IMC’s Develop digital media campaigns Develop strategic 6P marketing plans and important metrics Identify & lead key “test and learn” opportunities Drive the execution of margin improvement and revenue growth management initiatives Insights & Analytics Develop strong business and functional understanding of the therapeutic condition segments (eg weight), our products and the competitive set, and develop plans to address issues/opportunities Develop & utilize strong vet health care team and consumer (shopper) insights of the category, market and condition of focus.

Understand the clinic retail environment, sales reps and field team needs to deliver strong promotional and marketing programs Commercial Planning and Monitoring Support Long Lead Planning, Budget Review, and Mid-Year Review Ongoing monitoring and analysis on brand sales, volume, market share, promotional activities, competitive insights Recommend areas for brand improvement and remediation Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Related Field At least 5 years of experience in CPG marketing, retail marketing experience or agency experience Critical thinking & problem solving Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover measurable insights in large datasets Brand marketing knowledge Effective communicator Ability to achieve operational results Influence independently, negotiate effectively and build relationships with cross functional team members Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration At least 2 years of marketing experience in Animal Healthcare, Human Healthcare or Veterinary Healthcare Knowledge of Retail Environment strategy Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Handle ambiguity #LI-Hybrid Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $112,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.

In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
