Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and executive presence in running events. Expense Management: Oversee expense management across the ELT and their respective teams while being a good steward of the budget, in alignment with Masco's commitment to sustainability. Strategic Deployment Process (SDP): Implement, support, and run the annual SDP with executive leaders and functional teams, including the fiscal-year calendar and executive meeting schedule.
Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for leaders, creating detailed itineraries/agendas and handling travel logistics to enhance productivity. Crisis Management: Remain calm while handling complex, ambiguous, and high-risk situations, showcasing resilience and composure. Leadership by Example: Demonstrate executive presence, maintain a professional demeanor, and influence others positively. Encourage self-reflection and resilience during adversity, embodying Masco's core values. Qualifications: Proficient with key software applications (Office 365 Suite, Workday, Share Point).
Superior written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Superior time management and scheduling skills. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience.
