The Social Worker is an integral member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team. The Social Worker participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; completes psychosocial evaluations of admitted patients and meets the documentation and turn-around-time standards.

The Inpatient Social Worker maintains patient charts appropriately, including accurate documentation of backssments, coordination of care efforts, discharge planning efforts and other interventions throughout the patient's episode
of care.
