Duties: Manage trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, asset distribution, and related legal matters. Engage in estate planning, providing legal counsel on wills, trusts, and other wealth preservation strategies. Handle guardianship and conservatorship administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Stay abreast of changing legislation and legal trends in Trust and
Estates law. Independently manage and oversee multiple projects, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Provide practical legal solutions and ideas, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:2-5 years of trust and estate practice experience. Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree. Licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa and in good standing. Commitment to primarily practicing Trust and Estates throughout the candidate's career. Education: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa. Skills: Strong analytical and
