v##### Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. v##### Strong written and verbal skills. v##### Basic computer knowledge. # v##### Must demonstrate critical thinking skills and decision-making ability required for management responsibilities. v##### Ability to communicate with tact and professionalism. v##### Ability to work independently and to communicate effectively. # Organizational responsibilities include psychiatric evaluation, counseling and appropriate referral of clients in the emergency setting as well

as counseling of clients in the medical surgical, OB and Clinic settings.

Responsible for case management of skilled and swing level residents in the Skilled Care and Medical surgical setting, backssment of psychosocial, cognitive and related needs and completion of Minimum Data Set information for CMS.
