Prepare pleadings and legal documents for commercial litigation cases. Take depositions and participate in mediation proceedings. Argue motions and present cases in both state and federal courts. Handle administrative matters and arbitrations, if necessary. Provide second-chair experience at trial or arbitration, as preferred. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates
and addressing concerns. Demonstrate exceptional judgment in legal decision-making. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects. Requirements:2-7 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Active Missouri Bar license or commitment to obtaining one promptly. Experience in state and federal court proceedings. Second-chair experience at trial or arbitration (preferred). Superior academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to the community. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Education: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active Missouri Bar license. Skills: Strong legal research and writing skills.
