our Surgical Services team. $15k Sign On Bonus Offered for position (offered for new hires) Unit Summary The Nampa unit provides, ortho, urology, general, OB/GYN, ENT services with 4 OR rooms. They also have a call team on staff, so call is very minimal for staff positions.
Schedule: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period), 4 (10) hour shifts. The Operating room is open M-F and the schedule will be 4 days per week, variable day off, plus some required. Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going backssments. Initiates backssment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. Manages care of patients. Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or
clinical priorities Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Education: Associate of Nursing Degree required, Bachelors of Nursing Degree highly preferred. (required to obtain BSN degree in 2-3 years if only have ADN degree) Experience: 1+ years of OR Circulator experience highly preferred Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice Please note – This Registered Nurse position is for nurses with 1+ years of RN experience.
