Duties: Represent clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes. Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies. Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Participate in discovery processes, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories. Collaborate with senior
attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients. Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Requirements:4-7 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney.
Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (preferred). Additional admission to the bar in MI, MO, VA, and/or TX (ideal). Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of intellectual property law and litigation procedures.
