Requirements At least 3 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on employment law counseling or litigation. Proven experience providing legal counsel on personnel matters, employment litigation, restrictive covenants, labor issues, and employment discrimination. A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
approach to work. Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills.
