Duties: Prepare and prosecute patent applications for clients in the specified technology domains. Develop and implement patent strategies to protect clients' intellectual property. Conduct patentability and freedom-to-practice studies to backss the viability of patent applications. Prepare opinion letters on patent-related matters. Conduct due diligence on intellectual property issues. Negotiate technology agreements

to secure clients' interests. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering (advanced degree preferred).

State Bar admission. Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Familiarity with U. S. patent laws. Skills: Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and technologies. Excellent legal research and analytical skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

(Advanced degree preferred). Certifications: State Bar admission.
