and other parties Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, appeals, contracts, and other legal documents Gathering evidence and obtaining medical records for client strategy Remaining current with developments in the law Litigating cases before the workers compensation division Negotiating legal contract terms on behalf of clients and presenting arguments and counter arguments in court Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Proven work experience as an Associate Attorney in a reputed law firm Skills and Specifications: Knowledge of substantive and procedural law Strong written and oral advocacy skills Analytical and logical reasoning abilities Ability
