Prepare pleadings, legal documents, and other case-related materials. Take depositions and actively participate in mediation proceedings. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns. Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Articulate legal strategies and courses of action clearly and persuasively. Work well under

pressure and meet deadlines efficiently. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product liability and toxic tort litigation. Active Bar license in the state of Missouri.

Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Excellent academic credentials. Certifications: Active Bar license in Missouri.
