in a broad corporate practice of a large or mid-sized law firm, including running Mergers and Acquisitions deal processes. Must have broad transactional experience.
Should preferably have experience in entity and fund formations, venture capital and private equity financing transactions, buy-side and sell-side mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, and negotiating material commercial agreements and/or securities matters. Must be licensed Illinois, Michigan, California, or Texas attorney in good standing; candidates outside the firm's geographic footprint interested in working remotely are also encouraged to apply.
