The candidate should preferably have experience in, representing lenders for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac commercial multifamily loans, commercial mortgage-backed securitization (CMBS) lending and/or construction lending, but more general finance experience, including skills developed as borrowers counsel, is also valued.

Must have broad-based real estate experience, but lacking finance experience are also welcome. Must have a demonstrated ability to capably juggle multiple matters and deadlines, and be effective at working as part of a supportive team, including supervision of other associates or legal assistants, with strong analytical, problem-solving,

organizational, drafting and issue resolution skills. This is one of the largest law firms in Michigan with offices throughout the state.
