Duties & Responsibilities: The primary duties of the on-call security guard include: Entry control: checking employee identification and allowing entry, checking visitor identification, issuing visitor passes, completing visitor logs, issuing vehicle passes, and being observant for suspicious activity and persons.
Alarm monitor : Respond to alarms using the Perimeter Intrusion Detection System and make immediate backssments and take necessary actions Respond to the wall-mounted duress alarm. Investigate all 911 calls made from within the facility and provide assistance to first responders when needed CCTV operation : Use the CCTV system to generally maintain site surveillance and as a
primary tool to backss perimeter alarms. Assisting visitors and employees as needed by giving directions.
