as needed. 15 days' vacation (accrued annually). 2 floating holidays. 9 Paid holidays. The Class A Truck Driver will transport flour/grain/materials for our customers, locally, regionally and OTR. This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a Class A commercial motor vehicle and requires compliance with DOT and safety regulations.
$21.50 / hour + OT or by predetermined run/load rate. Touch freight and drop and hook, as needed. 15 days' vacation (accrued annually). 2 floating holidays. 9 Paid holidays. CDL TRUCK DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines. Open to all shifts
including some evenings, weekends, and overnights. Transport flour/grain/materials to our customers throughout North America. Assist in delivery of missed loads, moving trailers around the yard, and operation of feed loaders.
Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards. Maintain accurate records and logs. Load/Unload freight or assist in the loading/unloading of freight, if required. Other tasks as assigned. CDL TRUCK DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS: Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle (Grain Hopper, Dry Van, or Bulk Pneumatic preferred): 12 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years' experience
within the last 10 years. Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions in English.
Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures. WORKING CONDITIONS: Cranking of handles. Lifting, as needed.
