About the Position We are seeking an experienced P&C Commercial Lines Underwriter with specialized knowledge in the construction industry to join our Site Pro Program. As a Commercial Lines Underwriter, you will play a pivotal role in backssing and underwriting various lines of commercial insurance policies (Commercial Auto heavy), with a primary focus on serving clients in the construction sector.

What You'll Do Within compliance of the program guidelines profitably underwrite and grow an assigned book of new commercial business including both property and casualty lines of coverage. What We're Looking For Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Successful completion of technical insurance coursework toward such designations as CPCU, ARM and AU is preferred. Experience 5+ years of multiline commercial underwriting experience with focus on construction accounts.
MGA experience highly desirable. Familiarity with multiple rating and issuance systems. Competencies Results and goal driven mentality with strong problem-solving abilities. Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to create and strengthen internal and external relationships. Ability to efficiently analyze large fleets and large driver schedules.
