Nurse, you will partner with our Director of Patient Care Services and Interdisciplinary Teams to further that mission. family needs Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate Record symptom management changes and outcomes Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient's condition and care given And additional duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: An enthusiasm for providing the best possible care to patients and their families A Registered Nurse license in good standing1 year of experience in hospice or home health preferred A valid driver's license Current CPR certification
