Our intensive medical and nursing services support young adults with a variety of conditions. Our ratios average 1:9 with structured support from CNAs, CMAs, Respiratory Therapists, and other direct care staff. - 6:30pm, three days per week, and one weekend per month What You'll Do Within the nursing scope of practice, physician's orders, and the patient's care plan, make decisions and deliver a full range of nursing care based on the fundamentals of the nursing process.
Maintain accurate, completed, and timely records as defined by nursing standards of practice and Child Serve policies and procedures. Communicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with patients, physicians, families, school personnel, Child Serve staff, and others to assure assigned resident's care needs are backssed, communicated, and met. Provide oversight of the care delivered by Licensed Practical Nurses and
paraprofessionals. Provide training to young adults, families, and staff as needed to help advance the skills and knowledge of all people associated with a child's care delivery.

Assists in training new and existing agents about marketing techniques, products, services, rules/regulations. • Become familiar with and develop an expertise in Rain and Hail systems and technology available to maximize efficiency for agents and adjusters. • Assisting field structure in management of assigned territory. • Assisting field structure in communicating company policy and procedures
