Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this role is $42/hour, and will be paid on a weekly basis. In addition, employees are provided with health and insurance benefits. Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one nursing care to facility patients according to individualized medical plans - Coordinate with facility staff on the implementation of nursing care plans - Monitor patients' conditions, and document any changes - Monitor and administer medications and treatments to patients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, their families, and other nursing staff - Provide effective communication with the facility staff and other medical professionals - Assist in patient transfers
