Perform personal care activities such as; feeding, bathing, and dressing of elderly patients. Collaborate with medical staff, family members, and other healthcare professionals to create daily care plans for the elderly patients. Track patient progress and document care provided in a patient's clinical record. Liaise with other healthcare professionals, as well as
family and friends, to form and maintain trusting relationships. Maintain patient confidentiality and perform duties in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
