actively with team servicing of every customer vehicle to ensure fast, expert service Perform minor services which include, but are not limited to, checking and changing the lube, oil and filter of each assigned vehicle following dealership and manufacturer procedures.
Report any problems to the Service Advisor, or Service Director/Manager. Perform multi-point inspection on every vehicle (Customer Pay/Warranty/Extended Warranty). Find all legitimately needed services / repairs on the vehicle and record appropriate recommendations in MPI. Prepare an accurate estimate for all Additional Sales Requests and report findings to Service Advisor to be presented to the Guest. Assist other technicians
with light duty mechanical work as needed. Dedicates work time to providing excellent customer service Communicates with Service Manager, Service Consultants and other Technicians to meet Lexus time standards and to exceed customer requirements.
