On the front lines of our customer service experience, you are responsible for properly diagnosing and repairing various types
of HVAC equipment and communicating your findings to the customer. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the customer understands the problem and identify solutions to repair the problem.
You will accomplish this through effective communication skills and advanced technical knowledge. You will be responsible for keeping organized notes, record management, and attention to detail during a high volume of calls. Your efforts will result in obtaining new customers and retaining existing customers. You work closely with our service dispatchers to ensure appointments are created and confirmed/rescheduled using our software. You are responsible for the entire service repair process, from
receiving the job, arriving on time, troubleshooting and correctly diagnosing and repairing technical issues, and invoicing the customer.
