Including but not limited to all service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis. This position will work on day to day maintenance requests, building projects, some electrical and carpentry projects and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. We
are looking for someone with proven skills and a team player. QUALIFICATIONS HVAC or EPA certification preferred. Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year Property Management Maintenance experience preferred. Must be available to work in an on call capacity as related to our 24 hour routine maintenance guarantee. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift objects up to 100 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop and twist into small areas Must be able to bend forward when picking up objects from ground, etc. Must be able to reach overhead for extended period of time due to overhead repair work.
