Assist with training other service technicians. Work Hours : Typically 8:30 am-4:30 pm, with flexibility, Monday through Friday; some evenings as needed. Rotational on-call schedule every 3 weeks. Geothermal, mini-split, and boiler experience a plus Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles Experience repairing and replacing decisions
