Primary Job Function: To assist with a variety of commercial HVAC new construction and retrofits under the direction of the Job Project Supervisor and Commercial Projects Manager, adhering to workmanship standards and company policy, and adhering to all safety standards.

Commercial Project Helper #2 is the apprentice level at which the employee should have mastered all skills required of the Level#1 apprentice and begins to work with minimal supervision. Level #2 apprentices are expected to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with team members, demonstrate the mechanical ability required for

success in the HVAC trade, demonstrate a positive attitude, and develop a strong work ethic. Successful Level #2 Commercial Apprentices demonstrate commitment to investing in themselves through in-house training, in-field training, and professional development classes.

Level #2 apprentices will work with Commercial Project Manager, and General Manager, to develop a personal development plan which allows the apprentice to advance to Level #1 Apprentice in 9-12 months. Work Hours: Flexible per project 7:30 am-4:30 pm/5 days (8 hrs) or 7:30 am to 6:00 pm/4 days (10 hrs) -- break and lunch times required by law (Overtime as needed) Pay rate: $21.00-$23.00 an hour Benefits: 65% of health insurance

paid, 100% company-paid life insurance,401k match, dental, vision, PTO, paid holiday, Uniform allowance, PPE provided, and boot account Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license, insurable by Enviro Control Systems' insurance carrier Employee provided reliable transportation to and from job assignments Reports day one with required tools: tape measure, straight claw hammer, razor knife, screwdriver set, toolbox/bucket/bag; steel-toed work boots Qualified for work in the United States with necessary I-9 documentation At least 18 years old, or high school diploma or GED Valid Ohio driver's license, insurable by Enviro Control Systems' insurance carrier' Qualified for work in the United States with necessary I-9 documentation Negative pre-employment drug screen, 90-day screen, and random tests; negative per Enviro Control Systems' DFW policy Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with Enviro Control Systems' team members in both spoken and written language Demonstrates aptitude to position based on Job Profile backssment where applicable.
