Job Description: Oracle Health is in search of a skilled System Analyst to deliver product updates to our Oracle Health Physician & Ambulatory venue across all multi-tenant and sales domain stakeholders. Serving as a crucial link between customers clinical departments, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows while meeting the specific needs of our multi-tenant stakeholder space.

Primary Responsibilities: Complete ongoing maintenance and support of Physician & Ambulatory products under the direction of a manager or product architect, including: building product maintenance updates, validating upgrade enhancements, validating

beta validation partner projects, and delivering model-related changes to the system. Provide comprehensive education to customer clinical staff, participate in client calls when necessary with mentors, generate user documentation, and offer ongoing support to address inquiries and concerns.

Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and collaboration with Oracle support and/or development teams with product architects. Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including: customers, IP development teams, Consulting, support teams, and healthcare professionals by leveraging excellent communication skills. Utilize these communication

skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals and vice versa, and work effectively in a team environment.

Meticulous attention to detail while configuring and maintaining products in the system to ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Basic Qualifications : At least two years of combined related work experience and completed higher education At least two years of system analyst or system architecture work experience Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of system functionality, configuration, and integration with healthcare systems Experience with cloud-related tools and products Experience with Millennium Physician & Ambulatory product offering Experience in healthcare setting Expectations: Willing to travel up to 10% as needed Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Ability to participate in on-call rotation Work under corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position An Oracle career can span industries, roles, Countries and cultures, giving you the opportunity to flourish in new roles and innovate, while blending work life in.
