Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD) has an opening for a Principal Systems Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Space Systems Department. This position will be in Redondo Beach, Ca. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Ruby Risk & Opportunity Manager Updates RMOF tool with handling plans / agendas / NBD Ruby GFX owner ERB data interface to the customer Staffing organization across 3 divisions - open reqs, status of reqs Jira Scrum

Master Updates Kanban board with prioritized management tasks. Move tasks/bugs on board confirm priorities with IPT lead for Sub-IPTs High to Low side Data transfer execution for Ruby Program POC for all personnel facility, IT, comms, work location logistics Coordinates all moves to and from O2/SCIF.

Spear-headed facilities upgrades to allow more U/C assets for members of the program. Placed orders and tracked receipt of over 20 new computer assets and phones for new members of the program. Ordered specialty supplies for members on program. Onboarding POC: Educate personnel on the program technical progress and path forward Ensuring proper program access (CPort, Confluence, Jira, e Novia, etc) across all sites and divisions Owns program level data pertinent to the general Ruby team and updates regularly to ensure consistent data dissemination and program understanding Organizational support for milestone reviews including technical data and logistics Assist with creating CDRLs for CDR with CRM incorporated/road-map Monthly logistics lead for rotating PMRs at Space Park, Gilbert, Baltimore Drives, directs, steers and leads Program, including customer, meetings Including cadence and note taking of technical meetings Maintains dynamic calendars for two directors and their staff Coordinates customer meetings/tours, over a variety of locations and facilities Create and lead the RAD2NG group (Ruby Active Duty to Northrop Grumman) Navy Surface Warfare Officer with current hands-on experience using our technology Understands and is able to increase engagement through knowledge transfer and experience discussions Continues in the active reserve capacity Volunteer to be HIP NG Mentor for high-school students Kick-Off 12/4 Active and continuous process backssment for streamlining and efficiency utilizing her Navy background Demonstrates strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision Northrop Grumman offers a competitive and robust benefits program.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
