The Program Manager will develop and implement processes and assign appropriate resources to effectively administer requirements. This position will be full-time and onsite at the Pentagon, 109 Army Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301.
This position is contingent upon contract award and is not a direct position in the ARMY. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Develop and submit a comprehensive Monthly Status Report (MSR), covering technical tasks, milestones achieved, deliverables status, and future plans. Clearly outline required Government actions and address any events impacting contractual obligations. Include relevant information to support or improve organizational
objectives. Conduct monthly formal In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) to report overall project performance to the COR. Address issues, recommend courses of action related to tasks in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and provide higher-level overviews than the MSR.
Prepare and distribute minutes with an Action Item Status Report after each IPR. Be prepared for additional progress reviews and project briefings as necessary. Establish effective processes and allocate resources for administering contract requirements. Respond promptly to Government requests for contractual actions as outlined in the PWS. Designate a Program Manager as the single point of contact (POC) between the Government
and contractor personnel. Maintain an up-to-date organization chart and contact list/roster for all personnel.
Include personnel names, contact details, task assignments, and Government POC information. Disseminate the Personnel Contact List to the COR on a monthly basis. Prepare and assist with various administrative tasks such as briefings, reports, and program planning. Provide meeting notes and summaries, monitoring action item completion for internal review. Support electronic and paper filing systems, email management, and other administrative tasks. Develop, maintain, and track an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the Acquisition Division. Analyze and maintain project schedules, integrating them into the master schedule.
Identify task impacts, dependencies, critical paths, and backss interdependencies. Prepare weekly schedule reports for meetings, utilizing MS Power Point and Milestones Professional. Assist the Government in generating and monitoring project schedules, ensuring alignment with long-term and short-term goals. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Maps for routine performance of tasks in the PWS. Ensure SOPs comply with federal guidelines and FM&C DASA-FOI policy. Include tactics, techniques, and procedures in all SOPs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university. 15+ years’ experience in Do D acquisition, project management and financial management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams as well as working knowledge of Share Point. Must be self-motivated, proactive, and professional. Must be able to manage a heavy workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced government environment.
