is currently seeking an Associate Solution Developer in our Worcester, MA location. This is a full time, exempt role. POSITION OVERVIEW: In this role, the Solution Developer will work on the Solutions team-a small group of close-knit, passionate, and highly innovative software engineers.
We collaborate with business partners from Hanover's various business departments to design, develop, maintain, and enhance web applications built on the latest technology stack: Angular, React, Node. js, and Mongo DB. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Develop Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular 17/+ under the supervision of senior developers. Be responsible for the full development life cycle including
the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications. As a full stack developer, be responsible for the front end (Angular), back end (Node.
js) and database operations (Mongo DB, SQL). Analyze business requirements; recommend design patterns. Maintain software; troubleshoot production problems. Enhance software applications with additional features regularly. WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY: A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field is required. Proficiency with at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, Java Script, or Type Script is a must. Proficiency with Java Script/Type Script is strongly desired. Prior experiences
with Angular, React, or Node. js are strongly desired. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front end web development is a plus.
Experiences with any of the following is a plus: Visual Studio Code Git Linux OS + bash SQL, Mongo DB Microsoft Azure Dev Ops & app services Docker Excellent written and communication skills. Attention to details. Analytical and problem-solving skills. As an entry-level role, prior work experience is not required. No insurance knowledge required. Utilizes quality assurance data to enhance the services rendered by the section. Recommends changes in procedures to address quality issues and provide customer/patient satisfaction. # Performs and documents quality control procedures. # Acts as a resource and is a liaison between phlebotomy staff and Laboratory /Point of Care Team. # Routinely perform difficult specimen collections, such as re-draws and misses. # Assists in the
training of new associates or students. # As needed, performs all pre-analytic tasks associated with sample preparation including, but not limited to, centrifugation, decanting, and specimen packaging.
# Maintains established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control. Complies with requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies by attending mandatory in-services and continuing laboratory education and participating in continuous quality improvement. Maintains appropriate par levels and organizes supplies and equipment in work areas as assigned. Notifies appropriate associate when re-order levels
are reached, and equipment needs to be repaired. # Maintains protocols and procedures for excellent patient care and follows guidelines for infection control management.
# Outreach Float Phlebotomist Additional Accountabilities: # Agrees with and follows the Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy, Corporate Policy Number CP2.01, specifically as to liability insurance on personal vehicle and as to mileage reimbursement. A diploma from an accredited phlebotomy training institute OR 6 months phlebotomy experience. ~6 months' experience in a high-volume phlebotomy environment (approximately 30 draws a day), or ~ successful completion of an academic program which included substantial, practical clinical phlebotomy experience (EX: 3+ week clinical student rotation program in a hospital setting or clinical student rotation with 100 successful venipunctures completed.
