Oversee and participate in professional development of company employees reporting to the PM and the PM’s management team. Understand project finances and be able to successfully execute a profitable contract. Responsible for Profit and Loss at the project level, timely Government funding notifications, financial reporting and briefings. Lead and support all aspects of contract and operations management to ensure contract compliance, safe work execution, and quality delivery.

At the conclusion of the POP, work with Contracts to execute contract quick close process. Formulate recommendations for improved organizational structure, policies and techniques, methods, procedures, and systems designed to achieve compliance. Lead organic growth on the Keesler contract. Assist in recruiting personnel and overseeing their training and orientation.
Complete PM Excellence training within the first 12 months of employment. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Minimum of 10 years of experience with large- scale USAF organizations. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Base Civil Engineer or Base Civil Engineer Senior Operations Manager. Experience leading and managing large, complex teams of 300 or more staff to include the functions and operations of Wing/ Base activities, maintenance activities, civil engineering logistics, operations, and other associated BOS activities. Minimum of BS in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering Must hold a PMP certification or have the ability obtain within 2 months of award. Must be flexible and have well developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications: Advanced degree or Professional Engineering registration. Prior experience managing a USAF CE or equivalent contract with firm fixed price (FFP) CLINs and FFP and cost-plus task orders. Proficient at the suite of MS Office products.
