modifications and charges. Ensures food is properly garnished and delivers trays to designated table server's own section, as well as other sections in the restaurant, as needed.

Works quickly and efficiently adhering to " Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy. Assists in party set up and breakdown. Busses and resets tables as needed. Assists other Team Members as needed or as business dictates. Responsible for all sales on personal Micros keys and completing station side work at the beginning and end of their shift. Participates in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand. Follows portion guidelines to ensure cost control, while maximizing the Guestexperience.

Ensures ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, prebussing as necessary, and responding to Guest needs in a timely manner. Keeps station clean, sets up and takes down station tables appropriately. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team. Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness. Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests in order to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience.

Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros, make changes, accurately conduct credit card transactions, and account of all monies at the end of each shift. Must be able to read and communicate in English. Listen to hear Guests' orders and needs, and then communicate with Guests verbally and with other Team Members verbally via Micros system. Oversee and participate in professional development of company employees reporting to the PM and the PM’s management team. At the conclusion of the POP, work with Contracts to execute contract quick close process. Promote development and implementation of management techniques and tools such as planning and control, systems and procedures analysis, operational audits, management surveys, feasibility studies, methods analysis, quality control, and statistical sampling techniques.

Formulate recommendations for improved organizational structure, policies and techniques, methods, procedures, and systems designed to achieve compliance. Look for potential business development opportunities for the Akima family of companies and report potential opportunities to company management or business development resources. Lead organic growth on the Keesler contract. Assist in recruiting personnel and overseeing their training and orientation.

Complete PM Excellence training within the first 12 months of employment. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Minimum of 10 years of experience with large- scale USAF organizations. Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a program manager leading a multi-disciplinary staff on a program of more than $40 million per year in the Federal arena.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Base Civil Engineer or Base Civil Engineer Senior Operations Manager. Experience leading and managing large, complex teams of 300 or more staff to include the functions and operations of Wing/ Base activities, maintenance activities, civil engineering logistics, operations, and other associated BOS activities. Minimum of BS in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering Must hold a PMP certification or have the ability obtain within 2 months of award. Must be flexible and have well developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
