EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field of study Five years’ experience in web-based software design and development Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of technology and business skill experience to provide practical, cost effective and efficient solutions to a variety of programming issues and tasks Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies Knowledge of Microsoft development tools Knowledge of OWASP best practices and top 20 Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
