who appreciate us too. This is why we offer competitive pay , excellent benefits , and a positive work culture. JOB SUMMARY IT Support Specialist will trouble shoot and resolve support requests from internal end users; by providing in-person, telephone and/or remote support.

Support requests will include Windows based desktop hardware and operating systems, printers, applications, administration of Active Directory network, and network infrastructure equipment. Escalation of support requests will be performed per IT department guidelines. The goal is to achieve a smooth running, efficient IT environment. G. Barr. MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND REQUIREMENTS Job experience, 1-3 years working in a Support Desk role is required.

Comp TIA A+ and/or Network + certification required. MSCA Windows 7 or Windows 10 desirable Ability to analyze and use organized problem-solving skills. Strong working knowledge of Windows based workstations, laptops, and printers in a network environment Working knowledge of Active Directory Working knowledge of network topologies and network protocols Strong computer application skills, in the following: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers and Adobe Reader. Ability to deal with varying computer skill levels in the end user population.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal employees and external associates. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and not be distracted by interruptions. Able to work accurately and effectively under pressure. Detail oriented and thorough Must provide own transportation to Northwest Arkansas and St. Louis offices when travel is required. The ability to relate to the community in a professional manner is essential. Must be able to communicate and compose correspondence. MINIMUM ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS Occasional travel is required between offices and for training as requested.

The activity level is moderate to fast pace. This position will require bending, stooping, sitting, or standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and walking over uneven ground.
