Responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient technical support to end-users, resolving various IT issues. Build strong relationships with customers by resolving service problems and ensuring their satisfaction. Establish solid relationships with all departments and colleagues. Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and other IT systems to minimize downtime and disruptions for our customers. Complete documentation

Qualifications: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Exceptional written and oral communication skills to build long term customer relationships. Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent education.
