Performs the file update and posting process on the Bank's primary software system (Silverlake) Manage the export and save of the FIS CD-ROM statement files at month end. Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, instant messages and in person requests for assistance from users experiencing issues with
hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Interviews users to collect information about an issue and leads users through diagnostic procedures to determine the source of error.
First line of support for problem resolution. If unable to provide a quick solution, log the call and transfer to the appropriate Information Technology personnel. Follow-up on all calls after a resolution to make sure the user is completely satisfied before closing the call. Logs and tracks calls using problem recognition, research isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user issues, referring more complex problems to supervisor or Information Technology staff. Analyzes and
evaluates incident reports and makes recommendations to reduce help line incident rate.
When appropriate, assists IT team with managing users' requests received via the Electronic Security Form process. Assist with installation of personal computers, Laptops, software, and peripheral equipment. Provide maintenance support of any equipment.
