but not limited to) Participate in the development of design documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, sections, details, etc.
Utilize CAD/sketchup and other software to produce drawings, 3D renderings, and architectural details. Maintain project schedule, documents, data and files. Attend scheduled project manager, estimator and operations meetings upon request. Work collaboratively within a team environment. Will be involved in all phases of the design process and involved in a variety of project types including commercial, residential, office, storage facilities, and assisted living facilities. Analyze, interpret, and apply
applicable codes, regulations, and requirements. Coordinate the architectural design with other team members, disciplines, contractors, owners, and external consultants.
Assist with construction administration duties. Maintain regular, in-person and punctual attendance. Qualifications Past experience with residential construction drawings and Auto CAD software is a must. Candidate must be proficient with Auto CAD. Good working knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. Have a good understanding of the construction industry and building practices. Ability to multi-task and set priorities with consistent follow-through. Keen attention to detail, crave challenges, quick learner.

You will be creating and implementing standardized database management procedures, and overseeing the installation, security, and upgrading of our database. Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer resource system, audits output data. Identifies missing information, verifies and updates files to include all relevant data. Evaluates accounts and data to identify errors and make corrections. Maintains and revises lists, part numbers, product codes, vendor information, control records, and customer details.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Advanced or Expert knowledge and accuracy with Excel Organize and maintain accurate records of part numbers, product codes, and related data in the Tribute system. Update vendor information, including contact details, pricing, and delivery terms. Manage customer data, including contact information, order history, and credit terms. Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, sales, and finance, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Perform data validation and quality control checks to identify and rectify discrepancies. Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making processes. Provide training and support to end-users on data entry and retrieval processes. Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data management. Performs other duties as assigned.
