C. 29651 is immediately seeking a new member to join our team as: MES Analyst The MES Analyst will co-ordinate and assist

in the activities of the Information Technology department at Plasman. This position directly reports to the IT Director. Key Responsibilities include: Responsible for the implementation, operation, standardization and maintenance of the MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) in a mission critical 24x7 production environment.

Accountable for MES / IT support for production to all plants including off hours / weekend support issues. Responsible for administration and troubleshooting of MES applications, equipment and systems, such as; applications, servers / services, workstations, barcode scanners, label printers, networking, databases, reporting, web services, etc. Provide analysis, feedback

and recommendations for MES related; solutions, design, direction, development, and enhancements to MES related systems and manufacturing processes.

Responsible for gathering and maintaining requirements for MES related projects, initiatives, and enhancements. Accountable for successful deployment of MES solutions, application testing, debugging, commissioning of equipment, supporting documentation, training and other MES requirements. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to establish and deliver MES requirements for program launches. Responsible for administering and troubleshooting various; systems, data, ERP, small lot, sequencing, IIOT, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and other connected / integrated MES components.

Responsible for vendor management related to; requisitions, purchases, support and maintenance of MES requirements (suppliers, vendors, licenses, equipment, cabling, networks, etc. ). Provides monthly metrics related MES applications, support, performance and connected systems and projects. Accountable for proactive and preventative maintenance on equipment, servers and systems. Develop, create and maintain standard MES related documentation, reports and dashboards. Will work with vendors and plant representatives to develop and support MES software, applications, solutions various other MES integrations.

Responsible for maximum MES business continuity, backups, DR and contingency planning. Promote an atmosphere of teamwork at all times. Ensure that a clean and safe work environment is always maintained. Ensure that sufficient resources are available for each department including training, safety requirements, personnel, work instructions, procedures, and related tools. Assist in any way to any employee, necessary to promote a successful operation emphasizing customer satisfaction. Complete any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION /OR DESIGNATION REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a secondary school diploma or equivalent, and a 2 year technical degree in the field with preference given to those who hold a 4 year degree Computer Hardware Certification (Comp TIA Network+ and Server+) or equivalent Preference to candidates with MS SQL Certifications Additional IT Certifications (Networking, Cisco, MCITP) a plus MS. NET Programming a plus MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2-3 years' experience in IT / Manufacturing Environments Basic understanding and knowledgeable of PLC communications Preference to candidates with ERP Systems Experience MS SQL Database Management and SSRS Reporting Experience Administration / Troubleshooting of IT systems (AD, DNS, Networking, Group Policy, DHCP, VMs, Hardware, etc.

) OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform well in fast paced situations. High level of precision and attention to detail. Navigate, comprehend, and communicate complex processes. Meets expectation rating (rating score of 3 or higher) in all applicable Competencies as defined in the People Driving Performance Process. Capable of independent travel to, from and within designated regions.
