Performs operations of specifying, building/rebuilding, and maintaining server software and hardware, including system security, capacity monitoring, back-ups, and server-side application

installation and setup. Maintains network hardware and software including access privileges, cabling, and capacity monitoring. Maintains communication hardware and software and acts as technical liaison to providers of telephone and Internet services.

Sets up and maintains email services through the provider. Provides software support for both the ERP software and internally developed applications. Maintains the database servers, providing user access, performance tuning, and usage monitoring. Provides users with custom reports to obtain information not directly available through built-in features of the ERP. Performs software development tasks and most in-house software testing prior

to release to users. Perform duties according to policies and procedures established and documented in Thermal's Quality Management System (QMS).
